All Grounded Hacienda experiences—including equine guided sessions, horse riding lessons, workshops, private experiences, and related services—are intended for educational, experiential, personal growth, and wellness purposes only.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, nor do we provide licensed healthcare or therapeutic advice.
By participating, you acknowledge that all decisions regarding your physical, emotional, and mental well-being remain your sole responsibility. You are encouraged to seek guidance from qualified healthcare professionals when needed.
By participating, you agree to engage with personal responsibility, self-awareness, and discernment.
You acknowledge your own physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries and agree to honor them throughout the experience.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at the time of booking.
Some sessions require full payment at the time of reservation.
By completing your payment, you agree to the specific payment terms outlined on the relevant booking page.
Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of participation without refund.
Refund terms vary depending on the specific offering and are clearly stated on each booking page. In general:
Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and remain at the sole discretion of Grounded Hacienda.
1:1 sessions and riding lessons may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice, subject to availability.
Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
By participating in any Grounded Hacienda equine activities, sessions, workshops, private experiences, or related services, you acknowledge that these experiences may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, interaction with horses, emotional processes, and outdoor environments.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
You agree to release and hold harmless Grounded Hacienda, its owners, facilitators, staff, volunteers, collaborators, contractors, and any affiliated venues or third parties from any liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise during or after participation.
This applies to all Grounded Hacienda equine experiences, whether held in-person or offsite, and regardless of location, format, or facilitator.
Grounded Hacienda is a space grounded in respect, presence, and safety—for humans, horses, and the environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or misaligned with the integrity of the space. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
All personal information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.
Participants also agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal details, experiences, or identities of other participants or clients outside the space.
All content, methodologies, materials, and resources provided by Grounded Hacienda remain the intellectual property of Grounded Hacienda and/or its facilitators.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Grounded Hacienda reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, pricing, scheduling, facilitators, or offerings when necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated clearly and in a timely manner.
By booking or participating in any Grounded Hacienda experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that a separate waiver is required for participation.
